Panama Juices & Concentrates Export Program

We produce premium tropical juices, concentrates, and fruit pulp from Panama — pineapple juice (NFC and concentrate), passion fruit concentrate, mango pulp, and tropical blends — exclusively for selective beverage and processing buyers. Lots ship frozen or aseptic in 200L drums or 1000L IBC, each with COA, microbiological analysis, and measured Brix/acidity.

Program highlights

  • Premium processing programs only
  • NFC, concentrate & pulp: 12–65° Brix per product
  • COA, micro analysis & Brix/acidity per lot

Origin control

We structure juice, concentrate, and pulp programs from our Panama fruit base: MD-2 pineapple from our La Chorrera operations feeds the NFC and concentrate lines, while passion fruit and mango are scheduled per harvest window. As a Panama pineapple juice supplier and exporter of passion fruit concentrate and tropical fruit pulp, Dulce Tropical works exclusively with selective beverage, dairy, bakery, and food-processing buyers: this is a premium program line, not a commodity spot offer, and each program is quoted to specification.

Logistics execution

  • Aseptic: 200L bag-in-drum, ambient transport in standard dry containers
  • Frozen: -18°C in reefer containers with temperature records
  • 1000L IBC available for industrial-volume programs
  • Per-lot documentation: COA, microbiological analysis, Brix/acidity
  • Pre-shipment samples and agreed technical specification per program
  • Minimum 1,000 L per product; each program is quoted to specification

Seasonal availability

Year-round

Year-round pineapple base

MD-2 pineapple production in Panama is effectively continuous, allowing pineapple NFC and concentrate runs to be scheduled year-round; frozen and aseptic formats hold specification between runs.

Per harvest window

Passion fruit & mango runs

Passion fruit and mango processing runs are scheduled around their Panama harvest peaks; frozen or aseptic inventory carries the program between windows, per program confirmation.

Export process

01

Fruit intake

Process-grade fruit scheduled from harvest; maturity and °Brix verified at plant intake.

02

Processing

Extraction, de-pulping, and refining; pasteurization, with evaporation for concentrate lines.

03

Filling & preservation

Aseptic bag-in-drum filling or freezing to -18°C, with lot coding and retention samples.

04

QC release & dispatch

Quality release with COA, micro analysis, and Brix/acidity per lot; shipment in dry container (aseptic) or reefer (frozen) with export documentation.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between NFC juice and concentrate?

NFC (Not From Concentrate) is single-strength juice, pasteurized after extraction with nothing added or removed — pineapple NFC keeps its natural 12–14° Brix. Concentrate has water removed by evaporation (pineapple to 60–65° Brix; passion fruit to approximately 50°), so each drum carries 4–5 times more fruit solids, reducing freight and storage per ton of finished beverage; the buyer reconstitutes at destination.

What are the typical °Brix ranges per product line?

Pineapple NFC 12–14°; pineapple concentrate 60–65°; passion fruit 13–15° as NFC and approximately 50° as concentrate; mango pulp 13–18° natural. Acidity, pH, and color are agreed per specification, and every lot ships with its measured values.

Should we specify aseptic or frozen format?

Aseptic bag-in-drum is filled sterile after pasteurization, ships at ambient temperature in dry containers, and typically holds 12–18 months of shelf life — the right choice for plants without frozen storage. Freezing at -18°C better preserves the fresh aromatic profile — often preferred for passion fruit and NFC lines — with a typical shelf life of around 24 months, shipped in reefer containers.

What documentation accompanies each lot?

Every lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA), a microbiological panel, and measured Brix, acidity, and pH against the agreed specification, plus certificate of origin and full export documentation. Retention samples are kept per lot to support traceability.

How does a processing-buyer program work, and what is the minimum volume?

Programs start at a minimum of 1,000 L per product: we align a technical specification, send pre-shipment samples for your laboratory and application trials, and execute a trial shipment before moving to scheduled volumes. Annual contracts are available for larger volumes; each program is quoted to specification.
